Fibaro Products
The Fibaro product range provides all the devices required to bring automation, security and efficiency to your home or workplace. Additional products can be added at any time to expand your system.
Sensors
Different sensors are available to detect such things as movement, temperature, open/closed status, smoke, and water.
Motion / Light / Temperature SensorThe Motion sensor packs a lot of functionality into a small unit. It not only detects movement, but also detects the amount of light and current temperature. This information provides endless possibilities for automation decisions.
Flood SensorIdeal for a bathroom, laundry or anywhere where the presence of water could show a problem. When the sensor detects water it alerts the home owner so they can take appropriate action. Additionally, the system can be configured to automatically turn off a Fibaro switch to turn off the power to likely source of the problem (e.g. a washing machine etc.) to avoid costly water damage to the house.
Door / Window SensorPlacing these sensors on a door or window tells the Fibaro system whether it is open or closed. This can be used to check that doors and windows are closed before leaving the house, or to be alerted immediately when one of them is opened. The minimalist design and option of multiple colours means they can blend into their surroundings with minimal visual impact.
Smoke SensorSmoke sensors are vital to every home to keep you and your family safe. By using Fibaro sensors you will be notified of any issues wherever you are, not just when you are at home. Being wireless, these sensors can be placed anywhere without the need for cabling.
Universal Binary SensorThe Universal Binary Sensor is a wireless module that makes it possible to improve the functionality of any sensor with a binary output by allowing it to communicate with the wireless Z-Wave network and the FIBARO system. The module allows for wireless communication between the system and the two binary sensors or four DS18B20 temperature sensors. The Sensor’s main function to integrate the wireless FIBARO system with the existing wire-based or wireless alarm and measurement systems. The device is transparent for parametric alarm lines, as an element of the safety system.
Actors
Actors are designed to be placed in the wall, or along with the electrical wiring to bring wireless control to such things as power sockets, lights, and roller blinds.
Dimmer 2The Fibaro Dimmer 2 is a universl dimming module with built in power metering. It provides remote control over many types of light sources, which can reduce power usage and increase the life of the bulbs. The Dimmer 2 works as both a standard dimmer or as a switch within a 2-wire or 3-wire electrical system. To help simplify installation, the unit comes with a built-in RGB LED to show if it is within network range.
Single Switch 2The wireless Fibaro Single Switch 2 is designed to turn electrical devices on and off and to measure their power and energy consumption. The device is the smallest of its type which allows it to be installed in wall switch boxes or housings. The Fibaro Single Switch 2 can be controlled either via the Z-Wave network or with a wall switch through a direct connection.
Double Switch 2The wireless Fibaro Double Switch 2 is designed to turn two electrical devices on and off and to measure their power and energy consumption. The device is the smallest of its type which allows it to be installed in wall switch boxes or housings. The Fibaro Double Switch 2 can be controlled either via the Z-Wave network or with wall switches through a direct connection.
Roller ShutterThe wireless Roller Shutter 2 works with motorized roller blinds, awnings, gates and venetian blinds, powered by a single-phase AC.The Roller Shutter 2 provides precise positioning of blinds, awnings or gates so they can be set to the position you choose. Power metering is also provided when the device is used with a Fibaro Home Center.
RGBW ControllerThe Fibaro RGBW Controller is a universal, Z-Wave compatible module to control LED, RGB, RGBW strips, halogen lights or fans via 12 or 24 VDC. It allows you to change the light color from your mobile device. The controller also supports up to four 0-10V passive analog sensors such as temperature sensors, humidity sensors, wind sensors, air quality sensors and light sensors. All IN and OUT terminals may be user-configured for LED control or 0V-10V signal readouts.
Gateways
A Gateway provides the brains for the Fibaro system and 1 gateway is required per home, or site.
Home Server 2The Home Server 2 is the brain of the Fibaro system and other Z-Wave devices. One Home Server is required per home/site to manage all the other Fibaro and Z-Wave devices. The building management system is accessed through a browser-based graphic interface or via the native mobile app.An extensive library of plugins for 3rd party smart TVs, cameras, thermostats, alarm panels, media players and control systems comes preinstalled. The simple-to-use visual scene builder saves time, while advanced users can use LUA scripting for complete control over automation.
The Fibaro software ensures is secure to ensure privacy and provides continued functionality even if the internet connection fails. The Geo-location feature can be used to create GPS triggers either within the home, or anywhere in the world.
Home Center LiteHome Center Lite (HCL) is the incredibly compact brain of the Fibaro system. Designed with your needs in mind, HCL integrates with a large number of multimedia systems in your home. HCL allows management of your intelligent home via a user-friendly interface and wireless communication and it’s compact size makes it very convenient.
